Hi, I'm Kelly, nice to meet you!

I'm a real estate agent specializing in KC Northland properties, and I also work in the KC metro area as a whole, including Kansas.

In addition to being a Realtor, I also have extensive experience as a home renovator and real estate investor. I've “flipped” more than 15 homes in the KC area and it was through this experience that I decided to help others in their real estate journeys. I've learned a great deal about what homes are worth, what upgrades generate the most return, but most of all, I've gained a deep understanding for how a real estate transaction works, from start to finish.

It's this knowledge that I want to pass on to my clients. Buying and/or selling a home is, for most people, the biggest financial transaction they will ever undertake. I bring my knowledge to the process to empower my clients in making decisions and to feel comfortable throughout the transaction.

In our real estate relationship, I wear many hats:

Consultant: I will protect your interests, your money, your time, and your energy.
Negotiator: I will treat your hard-earned money like it is my own
Transaction Manager: I will make sure that all aspects of the transaction are coordinated to be completed in a timely, efficient and correct manner.
